美高森美公司日前发布用于开发下一代高电压大功率系统的设计指南,这些系统以公司独有的数字射频系列混合模块为基础,广泛应用于半导体加工、LCD玻璃涂层、太阳能电池生产、光学器件及建筑玻璃涂层、有害气体处理、CO~2激光激发、MRI RF放大器、RF手术刀和感应加热等系统中。
