中国航海学会第十八次理事长办公会议于1990年12月12日上午在京召开,出席会议有理事长彭德清、常务副理事长贺崇升、副秘书长高原、陈德鸿、卓友瞻、沈志成以及学会秘书长、副秘书长及学会办公室有关人员等16人。会议由常务副理事长贺崇升主持。首先由彭德清理事长秘书、学会办公室副主任纽刚同志汇报了彭理事长出差南方所抓的几件重点工作,彭理事长作了些补充。1.彭理事长10月11日在沪听取上海市航海学会换届新当选的黄为民理事长、副理事长和秘书长的工作汇报。
