目的了解老年病区大肠埃希菌临床分离株消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因携带情况及耐药性。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术和稀释法对大肠埃希菌临床分离株消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因和药敏进行了检测。结果本医院老年病区中分离的40株大肠埃希菌检出携带消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因28株,携带率为70.0%。40株临床分离的大肠埃希菌对头孢类、替卡西林和环丙沙星类抗菌药物的耐药率为77.5%以上。结论该医院老年病区临床分离的大肠埃希菌消毒剂-磺胺耐药基因检出率较高,多数对临床常用抗生素耐药。
Objective To understand the situation of drug-resistant sulfa-resistant gene and the disinfectant of Escherichia coli clinical isolates in elderly ward. Methods Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and dilution were used to detect the drug susceptibility and susceptibility to Escherichia coli isolates. Results Forty isolates of Escherichia coli isolated from the geriatric ward in our hospital were detected with 28 strains of sulfa resistance gene carrying disinfectant, with a carrying rate of 70.0%. The resistance rates of 40 clinical isolates of Escherichia coli to cephalosporins, ticarcillin and ciprofloxacin antibiotics were above 77.5%. Conclusion The clinical isolates of Escherichia coli isolates - sulfa drug resistance gene in geriatric ward of the hospital are higher in detection rate, and most of them are commonly used in clinical antibiotics.
