学习需要是指个体在学习活动中感到有某种欠缺而力求通过学习来获得满足的心理状态。学生的学习需要是学习的内部驱动力,如果学生没有学习的需要,师生之间的关系将演化为“你不想学,我要你学”的领导与被领导的关系。这样学生学得辛苦,教师也教得艰辛。因此,在思想政治教学中,教师要善于激发学生的学习需要。笔者基于多年的教学实践,谈谈激发学生学习需要几种途径。一、创设问题情境“创设问题情境,就是在教学内容和学生求知心理制造一种‘不协调’,将学生引入一种与问题有关的情境中。”心
Learning needs refers to the individual in the learning activities feel some lack of and strive to learn to get satisfied with the state of mind. The learning needs of students are the internal driving force of learning. If the students do not have the learning needs, the relationship between teachers and students will evolve into the relationship between the leadership and the leadership that “you do not want to learn, I want you to learn.” Such students learn hard, teachers also taught hardships. Therefore, in ideological and political teaching, teachers should be good at stimulating students’ learning needs. The author based on years of teaching practice, talk about to stimulate students need to learn several ways.
