茶园耕作管理机械,是指从茶树定植前的土地平整开始,到茶树成园后的经常性管理的一整套作业机械设备。茶园的耕作管理,包括深耕、中耕除草、施肥、灌溉、病虫害防治和修剪等作业,大多异常繁重,花工大,效率低,约占茶叶生产总用工量的40％以上。为此,广大茶区,尤其是国营茶场,对开展茶园耕作管理机械化的研究,要求十分迫切。现将国内外茶园耕作管理机械发展概况和几点粗浅认识简述如下。
