[目的]选取新烟碱类和三嗪酮类杀虫剂,通过对桃粉大尾蚜Hyalopterus arundinis的药效试验,明确3种药剂的防治效果、适宜质量浓度、持效期。[方法]采用“DMRT”法进行方差分析,并用邓肯氏新复极差法检验差异显著性。[结果]5%啶虫脒EC、5%吡虫啉EC 16.7、25 mg a.i./L,防治桃粉大尾蚜效果均较好,药后21 d的防治效果为99.78%~100%,明显高于50%吡蚜酮WG 166.7、250 mg a.i./L的防效。并且5%啶虫脒EC及5%吡虫啉EC各药剂处理间校正防效无显著差异。[结论]在实际应用中建议交替使用啶虫脒和吡虫啉,防止害虫抗药性的产生。
[Objective] The research aimed to select neonicotinoids and triazone insecticides and test the efficacy of three kinds of agents against Hyalopterus arundinis, suitable for mass concentration and persistence period. [Methods] The variance analysis was carried out by using “DMRT” method and the difference significance was tested by Duncan’s new repolarization method. [Result] The control effect of 5% acetamiprid EC and 5% imidacloprid EC 16.7 and 25 mg ai / L were both better than that of control. The control effect on the 21 d after treatment was 99.78% ~ 100% Control effect of 50% pymetrozine WG 166.7, 250 mg ai / L. And 5% acetamiprid EC and 5% imidacloprid EC of the various agents were no significant difference between the control effect. [Conclusion] In practice, it is suggested to use acetamiprid and imidacloprid alternately to prevent the emergence of pest resistance.
