“责任承包”作为一种经营管理模式已深入到各行各业。我县52个乡镇卫生院,有80%的卫生院采取过承包的方式,短期行为在承包卫生院中问题比较严重。如深溪口乡卫生院,有正式职工5人,退休职工2人,在承包前院有流动资金一万多元。92年实行承包,全年业务收入12万多元,纯收入按30%计算,全年纯收入可达36000元,卫生局下拨事业费2000元。就按现套改工资每人月平
“Responsibility Contracting” has gone deep into all walks of life as a business management model.
