Today in Shanghai, it seems that more and more professional women think it is their ability to gain knowledge and earn the success. Winning recognition with knowledge and ability has almost become the new law today for professional women’s career development. However, according to a sample and statistical analysis in Shanghai, even though working women with equivalent qualifications have an overall annual income which is generally 23% lower than that of men and almost exactly the same with professional women’s career plan, they have to pay an equivalent 1.83 times the efforts of men.
