采用TG、XRD、HREM研究了掺硅针形超微粒α-Fe2O3在氮氢混合气中等温还原机理,并给出了等温还原动力学方程。TG研究结果表明,掺硅α-Fe2O3的等温还原过程符合缩核机理模型,HREM照片也证实了这点;掺硅α-Fe2O3的等温还原动力学符合Erofeev方程。
The isothermal reduction mechanism of Si-doped needle-like ultrafine α-Fe2O3 in nitrogen-hydrogen mixed gas was studied by TG, XRD and HREM. The isothermal reduction kinetic equation was also given. TG results show that the isothermal reduction process of Si-doped α-Fe2O3 accords with the mechanism of nucleation mechanism, which is also confirmed by HREM photographs. The isothermal reduction kinetics of α-Fe2O3 doped silicon conforms to the Erofeev equation.
