将SD大鼠胸腺内预注射脾细胞抗原以诱导移植耐受,4~7d后行异位同种心脏移植,术后1周每天注射环抱素A10mg/kg。胸腺内牌细胞注射联合短期使用CsA组的移植心平均存活期较对照组显著延长,且抗原县为25X10’腺细胞来诱导耐受的效果较好。受体对供体靶细胞不表现出细胞介导的细胞毒作用。结果声明,经胸腺内注射异基因脾细胞,联合短期应用CSA能诱导免疫耐受,诱导耐受的抗原县以2.5X10’为好,且这种移植耐受是抗原特异性的,使移植物存活期明显延长。
SD rats were pre-injected with thymus spleen cell antigen to induce transplantation tolerance, 4 ~ 7d after ectopic allograft heart transplantation, 1 week after injection of cyclophilin A10mg / kg. The average survival time of intrathymus injection with short-term CsA group was significantly longer than that of control group, and the 25X10’gland cells in antigenic county were more effective in inducing tolerance. The results showed that intrathymic injection of allogeneic splenocytes combined with short-term application of CSA can induce immune tolerance, the induced tolerance of the county to 2.5X10 ’is good, and this transplant tolerance is antigen-specific, so that the graft Survival was significantly prolonged.
