Intravenous glucose - insulin - potassium chloride solution (polar fluid) treatment of acute myocardial infarction in the clinical application has been a long time, but its efficacy and clinical value is not yet confirmed. In this paper, 505 cases of hospitalized patients diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction, divided into the polarization group and the conventional group for efficacy analysis for reference.
