新时期下的基层员工思想政治工作对应新形势和挑战,如何使基层员工思想政治工作既秉承和弘扬行之有效的传统方法,又主动探寻与新形势下相适应的新方法。在新的市场经济体制下,企业文化建设有助于思想政治工作的改善和增强,它的内涵极大的丰富了思想政治工作的内容,它们之间相互融合又互相促进,既不能简单等同又不能相互取代,作为基层思想政治工作者,我们有责任有义务,发现它们的共性和契机,让企业文化与思想政治工作双管齐下,让企业文化促进思想政治工作的创新发展。
