提出了传递函数 -顺序单纯形多参数寻优估值方法 ,并将其用于非线性液相色谱系统等温线和总传质系数的估算 .文中采用传递函数法估算线性吸附系统的相平衡和动力学参数 ,并以这些参数作为多参数优化计算的初值 ,然后运用三参数顺序单纯形法进行参数寻优估算 ,从而获得了甘露醇和山梨醇吸附体系的Langmuir等温线和液固相间的总传质系数 .把这些参数代入色谱分离模型 ,便可计算出色谱分离甘露醇和山梨醇的流出曲线 .结果表明 ,计算所得流出曲线与实验所得流出曲线吻合很好 .
A transfer function-order simplex multi-parameter optimization estimation method was proposed and used to estimate the isotherms and total mass transfer coefficients of a nonlinear liquid chromatography system. The transfer function method was used to estimate the phase equilibrium of the linear adsorption system Kinematic parameters, and these parameters as the initial value of multi-parameter optimization calculation, and then use the three-parameter order simplex method for parameter optimization estimates, and thus obtained mannitol and sorbitol adsorption system Langmuir isotherm and liquid-solid phase Total mass transfer coefficient.These parameters can be substituted into the chromatographic separation model to calculate the outflow curve of mannitol and sorbitol separated by chromatography.The results show that the calculated outflow curve is in good agreement with the experimental outflow curve.
