由中国医学科学院阜外医院与北京师范大学化学系合作研制并用于临床的~(99m)Tc-MIBI(~(99m)Tc-甲氧基异丁基异腈)心肌显象剂1989年5月10日在北京通过鉴定。~(201)Tl(铭)作为心肌灌注显象剂已经应用了10余年,对心肌缺血、心肌梗塞的诊断价值早已为国内外所公认。但作为一种心肌显象剂并非特别理想,主要因为:(1)其半衰期较长(73小时);(2)对肾脏的辐射剂量偏大,使临床应用剂量受到限制而影响显象的质量及分辨力;(3)r光子能量偏低,不适合r照相机所要求的
