新城花园小学是中国——新加坡合作开发区内的第一所公办学校。历经十多年的思考、探索和实践,我校走出了一条现代化、人文化、国际化的小学教育的新路。学校以办学理念新、发展快,教师服务好、水平高,教学负担轻、质量优,学生头脑活、品行正等赢得了同行和社会的普遍赞誉。本文从五个方面深入分析了我校这十多年的探索实践历程,总结立校经验,立足现在,面向未来。
Metro Garden Primary School is the first public school in the China-Singapore Cooperative Development Zone. After more than a decade of thinking, exploring and practicing, our school has come out of a new path of modernization, culture and international primary education. The school has always won the praise of its peers and society with its new concept of running a school, rapid development, good teacher service, high level, light teaching burden, excellent quality, lively students’ mind and good conduct. This paper analyzes in depth five aspects of my school more than 10 years of exploration practice, summarize the experience of establishing a school, based on the present, the future.
