砭石的介绍砭石疗法(砭术)是我国传统中医疗法之一,具有悠久的历史渊源。砭石(俗称扁鹊石),是用一种特殊的天然石材工具在人体上施术的方法,早在《黄帝内经》中就有记载,它将砭石与针、灸、药及导引按跷共同列为中国的五大医术!后因砭石稀缺,砭术逐渐被“九针”取代而消失。一直到上个世纪末,科学家通过遥感物理技术从新找到制作砭具的材料——泗滨附石,这才似的砭术得以再现临床。
