自制动态气囊压力监测系统联合持续低负压吸引在机械通气患者人工气道管理中的应用

目的 探讨自制动态气囊压力监测系统联合持续低负压吸引在机械通气患者人工气道管理中的应用效果.方法 将124例机械通气患者按随机数字表法分为两组,观察组62例采用自制动态气囊压力监测系统联合持续低负压吸引对机械通气患者人工气道进行管理,对照组62例采用间断气囊内压力监测联合持续低负压吸引对机械通气患者人工气道进行管理.比较两组在通气相关肺炎(VAP)发生率机械通气治疗时间和平均ICU住院时间上的差异.结果 观察组VAP发生率19.35%,对照组VAP发生率53.22%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(x2=15.38,P<0.01);观察组住院时间(20.6±4.3)d,对照组住院时间(38.3±9.7)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=13.14,P<0.01);观察组机械通气治疗时间(17.2±7.6)d,对照组机械通气治疗时间(20.3±9.2)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(t=2.05,P<0.05).结论 自制动态气囊压力监测系统联合持续低负压吸引对机械通气患者人工气道进行管理可有效预防VAP的发生,缩短患者机械通气治疗时间及住院时间,减少患者的医疗费用,值得临床推广应用.
