目的探索高效、快速检测血吸虫易感地带(点)水体尾蚴,为及时预防人畜感染血吸虫和杀灭尾蚴提供科学依据。方法2008年6~7月份,在岳阳市东洞庭湖垸外易感地带用尼龙网袋捞蚴法和C-6膜粘蚴法检测水体中的血吸虫尾蚴。结果2次试验在同一水体中,尼龙网袋捞蚴法的尾蚴阳性率分别为16.0%和30.0%,尾蚴密度分别为0.2条/0.1m2、和1.7条/0.1m2。C-6膜粘蚴法2次试验的尾蚴阳性率均为3.33%,尾蚴密度分别为0.03条/0.1m2和0.07条/0.1m2。结论尼龙网袋捞蚴法确能高效、快速检测出水体血吸虫尾蚴。
Objective To explore efficient and rapid detection of water body cercariae in the susceptible zone of schistosoma japonicum and to provide a scientific basis for timely prevention of Schistosoma japonicum and cercariae killing. Methods From June to July 2008, S. cercaria larvae were tested in the susceptible zone of East Dongting Lake embankment in Yueyang with nylon net bag larvae larvae and C-6 larvae. Results The positive rates of cercaria larvae were 16.0% and 30.0% respectively in the same water body in the two experiments. The density of cercariae was 0.2 /0.1m2 and 1.7 /0.1m2, respectively. The positive rates of Cercaria larvae in C-6 larvae were 3.33% and cercaria larvae density were 0.03 /0.1m2 and 0.07 /0.1m2, respectively. Conclusion Nylon mesh bag fishing larvae method can really efficient, rapid detection of water body schistosome cercariae.
