小柴胡汤对于慢性肝炎的治疗具有一定 的疗效,但近年来报道可引起间质性肺炎。就其与干扰素并用是否加重毒副作用的问题,对日本文献报道的123例进行分析。其中女性57例,男性65例,不明1例,年龄50～69岁97例(80％),慢性肝炎85例(丙型肝炎73例)、肝硬变15例、肝癌1例、酒精性肝病6例、不详的慢性肝病8例。单用小柴胡汤者58例,并用干扰素者65例。间质性肺炎症
Xiaochaihu Decoction has a certain effect on the treatment of chronic hepatitis, but in recent years it has been reported to cause interstitial pneumonia. As to whether or not its use with interferon increases toxicity and side effects, 123 cases reported in the Japanese literature were analyzed.
