俄罗斯的社会科学政策是国家科学统一政策的组成部分。现阶段 ,俄罗斯国家科学政策的主要目的是保护俄罗斯科学潜力的协调发展 ,弘扬科学事业 ,发展基础研究和改革科学领域 ,发挥科学家的积极性 ,促进社会、经济和政治稳定。本文着重介绍俄罗斯加大科研经费投资力度和拓宽资金来源渠道的政策、科教一体化政策、强化社会科学国际合作的政策和振兴社会科学研究的政策。
Russia’s social science policy is an integral part of the national science unification policy. At this stage, the main purpose of the Russian state’s science policy is to protect the coordinated development of Russia’s scientific potential, promote scientific undertakings, develop basic research and reform of science, give full play to the enthusiasm of scientists, and promote social, economic and political stability. This article focuses on Russia’s policy of increasing the investment in research funding and broadening the sources of funding, the policy of integrating education with science and education, the policy of strengthening international cooperation in social sciences and the policy of rejuvenating social science research.
