根据世界卫生大会第33.4项决议,已经作出一切努力以减少保存天花毒种的实验室。现已收到中华人民共和国卫生部的一份报告,中国已经销毁全部天花毒种。非常感谢这一支持世界卫生大会决议的行动。
Pursuant to resolution 33.4 of the World Health Assembly, every effort has been made to reduce the number of laboratories that conserve smallpox species. We have now received a report from the Ministry of Health of the People’s Republic of China that China has destroyed all smallpox species. Many thanks for this action in support of the World Health Assembly resolutions.
