急性非细菌性间质性肾炎可引起肾功能衰竭。这种间质性肾炎可由药物过敏引起,能引起这种间质炎症反应的药物主要是磺胺和甲氧苯青霉素,其他药物如青霉素,苯茚满二酮,二苯乙内酰脲钠(即苯妥英钠),氨基苄青霉素,别嘌呤醇和硫唑嘿呤均可引起这种反应。
Acute non-bacterial interstitial nephritis can cause renal failure. This interstitial nephritis caused by drug allergies, can cause this interstitial inflammatory drugs mainly sulfa and methicillin, other drugs such as penicillin, benzene indandione, diphenylhydantoin sodium (ie Phenytoin sodium), ampicillin, allopurinol and thiazolidine can cause this reaction.
