为了减轻初中历史学业考试压力,从2013起大庆地区历史、政治等小科进行开卷考试。开卷考试试题设计灵活,具有综合性、开放性、探究性等特点。试题立足对基础知识、基本技能、基本方法和情感态度价值观的考查,注重考查学生运用课本知识去分析问题和解决问题能力。但从近几年开卷考试成绩看,整体成绩不高,失分率较多。从卷面看失分原因有如下几个方面:(1)基础知识掌握不够完善和扎实,错字、错词现象较多。
