教育对民族振兴,国家发展有着不可估量的作用,学校是教育教学工作的进行的主要场所,德育管理机制是学校教学的重要组成部分,加强对学生的德育教育有助于学生的健康发展,构建合理有效的德育管理机制为培养高素质的学生提供全方位的保障。本文将以山东省郯城县重坊镇初级中学为例,具体分析构建德育管理体制的方式方法。
