一、指导思想党史资料的征集研究,必须以马列主义、毛泽东思想为指导,以《关于建国以来若干历史问题的决议》为准则,坚持“一个中心、两个基本点”的基本路线,坚持辩证唯物主义与历史唯物主义的观点,实事求是地把党史资料立准、立好,为两个文明建设服务.要贯彻好指导思想,就必须首先解决认识上的几个问题:一是党史是一门科学,是一门历史科学.它所研究的是党如何把马克思主义的普遍真理同中国的实际相结合,领导中国人民进行革命和建设的历史.比如陇右党的地下斗争史,是把党的路线和陇右的实际结合起来,在斗争中灵活机动地运用了毛主席的游击战争理论,发展壮大了陇右的武装力
