目的探讨接触噪声工人听觉脑干反应(ABR)与纯音测听(PTA)听阈相关性。方法对81例职业接噪工人进行PTA和ABR检查,结果用SPSS 13.0软件进行分析。结果 1500、1 000、2 000、6 000 Hz的听阈差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2两者听阈差值百分比分析,2 000、3 000、4 000 Hz差值<10 d B的占40%以上;3两者听阈相关性分析,4 000、6 000 Hz两者相关性较好,500、1 000、2 000、3 000 Hz相关性均较差。结论 ABR听阈能真实有效反映3 000、4 000 Hz PTA听阈,ABR听阈不能代表500、1 000、2 000、6 000 Hz频段的PTA听阈。
Objective To investigate the correlation between hearing-induced brainstem response (ABR) and pure tone audiometry (PTA) hearing threshold in workers exposed to noise. Methods 81 cases of occupational noise workers were examined by PTA and ABR, the results were analyzed by SPSS 13.0 software. Results There were significant differences in the thresholds of 1500, 1000, 2000 and 6000 Hz (all P <0.05). 2 The difference between the two thresholds of hearing threshold analysis, 2 000,3 000,4 000 Hz difference <10 d B accounted for more than 40%; 3 hearing threshold correlation analysis between the 4 000,6 000 Hz correlation is good , 500,1000,2000,3000 Hz correlation is poor. Conclusion ABR threshold can truly and effectively reflect the threshold of 3 000 and 4 000 Hz PTA. The ABR threshold can not represent the PTA hearing threshold of 500, 1 000, 2 000 and 6 000 Hz.
