目的探讨参与式情景模拟教学在社区全科医学带教中的应用效果。方法以152名全科医师骨干师资培训班学员为教学实践对象,设置观摩视频、经典环节提问、学员主动纠错、分组参与式模拟四个主要教学环节,完成参与式情景模拟教学后,对全体学员进行问卷调查。结果学员普遍认为该教学方式更好(92.8%)、更感兴趣(93.4%),能有效增强团队协作能力(100%)、增加课堂活跃度(100%)、提高专业知识水平(99.3%)。结论参与式情景模拟教学是一种成熟有效的教学方法,值得在基层全科医学教学实践中推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of participatory scenario simulation teaching in community general medical education. Methods A total of 152 general practitioners training subjects for teaching practice objects, set to observe the video, the classic questions, students take the initiative to error correction, group participatory simulation four main teaching links, after completing the participatory scenario simulation teaching, the whole Students conducted a questionnaire survey. Results Students generally believed that the teaching method was better (92.8%) and more interested (93.4%), which could effectively improve teamwork ability (100%), increase classroom activity (100%) and improve professional knowledge (99.3% . Conclusion Participatory situational simulation teaching is a mature and effective teaching method, which is worth popularizing and applying in practice of general practice teaching at the grassroots level.
