目的:观察中药复方益气消征方(YQXZF)与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-fu)对体外培养人胃癌(SGC-7901)细胞、人乳腺癌(Bcap-37)细胞、人宫颈癌(Hela)细胞、人前列腺癌(PC-3)细胞、人肺癌(A549)细胞增殖作用的影响。方法:采用MTT比色法测定各种细胞增殖作用的比较,取不同浓度益气消征方和5-氟尿嘧啶,分别体外作用于SGC-7901、Bcap-37、Hela、PC-3、A549细胞。结果:益气消征方对SGC-7901、Bcap-37、Hela、PC-3、A549细胞有不同程度的抑制作用,其抑制作用具有剂量效应关系。结论:中药复方益气消征方具有抑制体外SGC-7901、Bcap-37、Hela、PC-3和A549细胞增殖的作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of YQXZF and 5-FU on human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901, human breast cancer Bcap-37 cell line, human cervical cancer cell line Hela, Cells, human prostate cancer (PC-3) cells and human lung cancer (A549) cells. Methods: MTT assay was used to determine the proliferation of various cell types. SGC-7901, Bcap-37, Hela, PC-3 and A549 cells were treated with different concentrations of Yiqi Xiaozheng Decoction and 5- Results: The prescription of Yiqi Xiaozheng decoction could inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901, Bcap-37, Hela, PC-3 and A549 cells in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion: The prescription of Yiqi Xiaozheng decoction can inhibit the proliferation of SGC-7901, Bcap-37, Hela, PC-3 and A549 cells in vitro.
