阐述了天钢初轧厂750轧机主传动2800kW直流电动机,采用控制磁场逆转的可控硅供电及励磁技术改造实施方案与方法,更换定子机壳,励磁绕组、换问极绕组、补偿绕组改接方式及整个技术改造后延长电动机运行寿命等取得的效果。
