合型力是压铸机主要的压铸工艺参数。针对压铸机计算机控制系统合型力在线检测的要求 ,研制了差动变压器式位移传感器 ,介绍了它的工作原理及其性能、特点。应用结果表明 ,它可以满足大型压铸机计算机控制系统合型力在线检测的要求。
Combining force is the main die-casting machine die-casting process parameters. Aiming at the on-line inspection requirement of computer control system of die-casting machine, a differential transformer displacement sensor was developed. Its operating principle, performance and characteristics were introduced. Application results show that it can meet the requirement of on-line checking of closing force of computer control system of large die-casting machine.
