阐述了图书馆读者权益的概念,指出高校图书馆读者权益应包含信息公平权、时空保障权、免费使用权、信息知情权、安全保障权、培训辅导权、批评建议及检举监督权、隐私权等内容。高校图书馆应通过加快图书馆立法、加强读者法制意识教育、加强文献信息资源建设和加强馆员素质教育等方法,维护高校图书馆读者的权益。
This paper expounds the concept of library’s readers ’rights and interests, points out that the readers’ rights and interests of university library should include the right of information fairness, time and space protection, free use rights, right to information, safeguards, training and guidance, criticism, And so on. University libraries should safeguard the rights and interests of readers of university libraries by speeding up library legislation, strengthening readers’ awareness of legal awareness, strengthening the construction of documentary information resources and enhancing the quality of librarianship.
