公务员的身份保障权是公务员的一项重要权利,本文对公务员身份保障权内容作简要论述,分析社会上普遍出现的公务员被勒令停职的非法性与不当性。公务员身份保障权相关法律规定不健全,公务员维权意识薄弱与权利救济措施不足都阻碍了公务员实现身份保障权,排除阻碍,保障公务员的身份保障权具有重大意义。
The civil servant’s right of identity protection is an important civil servant’s right. This article briefly discusses the content of civil servant’s right of protection and analyzes the illegality and improperness of civil servants who are suspended in the society. Civil servant’s right to protect the relevant laws and regulations is not perfect, civil servants weak rights awareness and rights relief measures have hindered the realization of civil servants the right to identity protection, remove obstacles to protect the status of civil servants have the right to protection of great significance.
