库血贮存3~4周后,红细胞的2,3-二磷酸甘油酸(2,3-DPG)含量降至2.903±0.863pM/gHb(为新鲜血的12.96%),经37℃水浴4小时后,红细胞2,3-DPG升至4.177±1.324μM/gHb(为新鲜血的18.65%),乳酸生成值为3.860±O.839mg/mgFe,P_(?)为36~38.5mmHg。库血内加12%党参黄芪注射液,37℃水浴4小时,红细胞2,3-DPG 含量升至9.111±1.999μM/gHb(为新鲜血的40.67%),乳酸生成值为5.092±0.635mg/mgFe,P_(50)为32~33mmHg。此结果似说明党参黄芪能促进红细胞糖酵解及提高2,3-DPG 含量,改善释氧能力。
