初中阶段是学生完成九年义务教育并转向高中学习的重要阶段,是承前启后的关键时期。此阶段的教学质量直接关系到学生未来素质能力发展的高低,这就对该阶段的教学管理提出了较高要求。本文在分析我国初中教学管理现状的基础上,对如何有效提升初中生教育管理的有效性展开研究。
The junior middle school stage is an important stage for students to complete nine-year compulsory education and shift to senior high school, which is a critical period for the future. The teaching quality at this stage is directly related to the development of students’ quality and ability in the future, which puts forward higher requirements on the teaching management at this stage. Based on the analysis of the current situation of junior high school teaching management in our country, this paper studies how to effectively improve the effectiveness of junior middle school students’ education management.
