学校教育中,对班主任班级管理的考核和评价是学校管理的重要组成部分,目前多数学校尤其普高从便于操作,侧重学业成绩的角度做出的评价和高中阶段学校教育目标以及班级管理的实际有一定的偏差,只有深入研究高中教育和班级管理的规律,科学审慎制定考核办法,才能有效调动班主任班级管理积极性,提高管理效率,达成教育目标。
