Experts believe that at present, China still has ten major emerging industries that need to be developed, including environmental protection, oceans, tourism, culture, education, sports, exhibitions, logistics, agricultural science and technology, and communities. These industries have broad prospects for development. They can not only promote the sustainable development of the national economy, provide more employment opportunities, but also be lucrative, and are expected to become hot spots for investment. In the next five to ten years, China will use high technology to transform traditional industries, actively develop new industries, and cultivate new economic growth points. In the marine industry, China’s proven oil reserves at sea are 1.7 billion tons, accounting for less than 7% of the total 25.5 billion tons of reserves.
