抗日战争时期,面对各种错综复杂的矛盾,中国共产党以极大的热情关注民生,在各根据地进行了卓有成效的改善民生的实践。由于主要矛盾和中心任务的特殊性,抗战时期中国共产党的民生实践具有改善民生与争取抗战胜利紧密结合、生产自救与扶助贫弱双管齐下,适应战时需要、兼顾各方面的利益,发展民主与改善民生相互促进等鲜明的时代特征。
During the period of the War of Resistance Against Japan, facing all kinds of complicated contradictions, the Chinese Communist Party paid great attention to people’s livelihood with great enthusiasm and carried out fruitful measures to improve people’s livelihood in every base area.
