问:我是建设单位代表,施工单位浇筑的混凝土配合比有问题,试件不合格,取芯检测不合格。现在办公楼二层99%的现浇板上表面开裂,板底同样开裂。25日下了场雨,26日二层现浇板大范围沿裂缝漏水,此时三层梁板混凝土已经浇筑,雨水是从外面飘进来的(图1)。
