科研业绩量化考核是一项难度较大的工作,其最终目的就是为了排除科技、人事管理决策中的个人感惰色彩,使决策科学化。但工作实践中常常因用途不同,对咨询的年度范围、人员范围、业绩类型、同类业绩的级(类)别各有不同的要求,用手工操作工作量大,重复劳动多;用一般数据库管理技术解决不了既能将每项业绩的分值记到每个相关人员头上,又能将科研业绩的级(类)别区分开,并能以个人或集体为考核对象进行检索、查询的问题。因此,将计算机技术引入《科研业绩量化考核系统》,提高使用效率,扩展应用范围,促使科研业绩量化考核管理现代化就成为我们实现工作规范化以后的迫切愿望。
