随着高职院校对大学生思想政治教育与日常管理工作的日益重视,专兼职辅导员队伍并举是很多高职院校采取的学生队伍管理模式。相比较专职辅导员,兼职辅导员多由专业教师兼任,在学生日常管理工作上较薄弱,这也对高职院校如何更好地发挥兼职辅导员的作用,充实辅导员队伍提出了新要求。本文结合笔者在兼职辅导员一线岗位的工作实际,从专兼职辅导员工作对比的角度,分析了兼职辅导员如何借助自身优势改进和创新工作的思路,以期实现兼职辅导员与学生的共成长,建设和谐的校园文化。
With the increasing emphasis on ideological and political education and daily management of college students in higher vocational colleges, the contingent of part-time counselors is the mode of student team management adopted by many higher vocational colleges.
