Reporter: What do you think China’s accession to the WTO will be for the companies you are seeing? Xu Lunfeng: I think the basic lies in the characteristics, but also the opportunities are greater than the challenges. Yinhai Science and Technology was established in 1992. At that time, it was doing western computer system integration. In 1998, Yinhai implemented a strategic shift, mainly using application software and services to drive system integration. The software output of Yinhai now accounts for 1/3 of the total output value. The industry application software that we are doing now is not only a technical issue, but more issues are closely related to the business of the industry.
