人体下肢承受气流吹袭引起的外展力矩测量

目的在高速气流吹袭环境中,由于流场分布在人体下肢两侧发生变化,使得作用于下肢两侧的气动压力不对称,其合力矩会造成下肢向外侧旋转,该力矩可能导致飞行员下肢损伤。本研究测量了人体下肢承受气流吹袭引起的外展力矩,旨在探讨TY-5、TY-6型座椅限腿带约束系统防气流吹袭的效果。方法对24名年龄在18~42岁的受试者进行了实验,实验中使用的是TY-5、TY-6型座椅限腿带约束方式,在受试者下肢贴两个标志点,第一点为膑骨中点,第二点为脚的指与第二指之间的交汇点与第一点连线上的任意点。确定第二点时,脚面向前伸直,然后施加外展力,用照相机记录拉力绳与受试者下肢上两个标志点连线之间的角度。结果主诉疼痛时,受试者的下肢所耐受的外展力矩在41.2~128.2Nm之间,左、右下肢所耐受的外展力矩均值分别为81.4Nm和86.5Nm。用SPSS软件包进行统计学处理,左、右下肢在耐受外展力矩方面无显著性差异。实验时受试者的主诉疼痛部位均为与腿箍上金属件接触处。结论应去掉TY-5、TY-6型座椅腿箍上的金属部件,腿箍也最好用软皮革。 Aim In the environment of high-speed airflow, the distribution of the flow field changes on both sides of the lower extremities of the human body, so that the aerodynamic pressure acting on both sides of the lower limbs is asymmetrical. To determine the second point, the foot straightened forward, and then apply the force of abduction, with the camera to record the angle between the pull rope and the connection of the two markers on the subject’s lower extremity. Outcomes complained of pain, the subject’s lower extremity tolerance of the abduction torque between 41.2 ~ 128.2Nm, left and right lower limbs tolerance of the outreach torque mean were 81.4Nm and 86.5Nm. SPSS software package for statistical analysis, left and right lower limbs in the resistance to outreach torque no significant difference. During the experiment, the subjects complained of pain were all contact with the metal parts of the leg cuffs. Conclusions Metal parts on TY-5, TY-6 seat leg cuffs should be removed and leg cuffs also preferably soft leather.
