目的:了解武陵山片区某高校直饮水机在不同清洗频率下的卫生状况,为学校卫生监督提出合理化建议。方法:随机抽取48台直饮水机,采集加热前后及不同清洗频率的水样,按《生活饮用水卫生标准》进行细菌总数、总大肠菌群指标检测。结果:直饮水样本中大肠菌群合格率均为100%。每周清洗1次、每月清洗1次、半年清洗1次合格率分别为71.43%、51.8%、23.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);热水样本菌落总数合格率为54.20%,冷水样本合格率为81.25%,差异有统计学意义(V2=4.553,P<0.05)。结论:加热、增加饮水机的清洗频率能提高直饮水细菌学指标的合格率。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the sanitary status of direct drinking fountains in a university in Wuling Mountain area under different cleaning frequency, and to put forward reasonable suggestions for school hygiene supervision. Methods: 48 straight drinking fountains were randomly selected to collect water samples before and after heating and different cleaning frequency. The total number of bacteria and the total coliforms index were measured according to the “drinking water health standard”. Results: The drinking water coliform bacteria pass rate of 100%. The cleaning rate was 71.43%, 51.8% and 23.2%, respectively, with a statistically significant difference (P <0.05); the passing rate of the total number of coliform bacteria in hot water samples was 54.20% , The passing rate of cold water samples was 81.25%, the difference was statistically significant (V2 = 4.553, P <0.05). Conclusion: Heating, increasing the cleaning frequency of drinking fountains can improve the pass rate of drinking water bacteriological indicators.
