本报告主要采用数据采集分析、文献调研、实地调研和召开座谈会、访谈等方式,对江西广播电视大学继续教育现状作了重点调查和分析研究,反映了本校开展继续教育的主要成绩与经验,急需解决的问题以及对策。报告较全面揭示了江西电大2004-2006年这一段时期继续教育项目的开发、引进、推广和管理工作概况。报告认为:江西电大继续教育的长足发展,为打造电大式“教育超市”开辟了市场,积累了经验,展示了电大的办学实力,提高了电大的知名度与美誉度。一些新项目打破了“行业壁垒,”成功经验引人瞩目,地市电大“按需办学”成效显著。江西电大继续教育的开展还存在着办学认识上的误区、受经济发展制约与“行业壁垒”的阻隔等问题与困难,应该通过更新观念,提高认识,整合队伍,创新机制,加大办学力度,拓宽办学途径以及进一步向社会开放,打造电大品牌,繁荣江西电大的继续教育。
The report focuses on the status quo of continuing education in Jiangxi Radio and Television University by means of data collection and analysis, literature research, field research, symposiums and interviews, which reflect the major achievements and experiences of continuing education in our university. There are still some misunderstandings in the educational awareness of Jiangxi Radio and Television University, the obstacles and obstacles caused by the constraints of economic development and “trade barrier”, and other problems and difficulties should be solved by renewing concept, raising awareness, integrating teams and innovating mechanism, Broaden the way to run schools and further open to the community, to build brand TV, Prosperity Jiangxi TVU continuing education.
