近些年来,随着新型医疗改革的不断深化,提高员工的满意度成为医院加强内部运营管理的重要工作目标,对医院的改革具有重大的影响。医院的文化建设是医院软实力建设的关键,是医院综合管理水平的集中体现,优秀的医院文化对提高员工满意度具有重大影响,因此,本文分析了医院文化对员工满意度的影响,并提出医院文化建设的措施。
