一、前 言 小鼠白血病L_(1210)细胞系有体内、体外传代两种细胞系,其以对抗肿瘤药物敏感性高,生长周期短为特点而被广泛地用于化疗药物筛选,是抗肿瘤药物研究的较好实验模型。Dowjat等对体内、体外培养的L_(1210)细胞进行核型分析,体外株的标记染色体是5与12号染色体所形成的顶端着丝粒融合,即rob t（5;12）以及9号染色体所形成的标记染色体M_4,X染色体呈单体型或缺如。
