以三尖杉酯碱(H,1～2mg),每日静脉连续滴注为主的各种方案,治疗外周血白细胞<3×10~9/L的白细胞不增多型急性早幼粒细胞白血病(急早幼)32例,有23例完全缓解(71.8％)。本方案对血细胞的抑制轻而短暂,虽未同时应用肝素,在疗程中亦未见因白细胞急骤下降而出现弥漫性血管内凝血。
