大陆和台湾都把制定英语课程标准作为课程改革的重要内容。同宗同源的民族文化根基,使大陆和台湾制定的英语课程标准有着许多相同相通之处。又由于政治经济制度、文化意识形态、价值取向、地域差异等原因,在课程标准的制定上存在明显不同。文章对照大陆《全日制义务教育英语课程标准》(实验稿)和台湾《国民中小学英语科课程纲要》,提出台湾《纲要》和大陆《标准》的相互启示,为大陆进一步修订英语课程标准提供借鉴。
Both Mainland China and Taiwan regard making English curriculum standards an important part of the curriculum reform. With the same origin of national culture, so that the standards of English courses established by mainland China and Taiwan have many similarities. Because of the political and economic system, cultural ideology, value orientation, geographical differences and other reasons, there are obvious differences in the formulation of curriculum standards. According to the “English Curriculum Standard for Full-time Compulsory Education” and the “Curriculum Outline of English Curriculum for National Primary and Secondary Schools” in mainland China, the article proposes the mutual enlightenment between the “Outline” in Taiwan and the “Standards in Mainland China” and provides the standard for further revision of English curriculum in mainland China Learn from
