目的探讨早期护理干预对四肢骨折患者并发症的预防作用。方法对对照组患者采取常规护理措施,对观察组患者采取早期护理干预措施。结果对照组患者的患者满意度明显不如观察组,但对照组患者的住院时间及并发症发生率比观察组高。结论对四肢骨折患者采取早期护理干预措施,可使得患者各种并发症的发生率得到减少,有助于患者早日恢复健康。
Objective To explore the preventive effect of early nursing intervention on the complications of limb fractures. Methods Patients in the control group were given routine nursing interventions and early nursing interventions in the observation group. Results Patients in the control group were significantly less satisfied with the observation group than those in the observation group. However, the control group had higher rates of hospital stay and complications than the observation group. Conclusions Taking early nursing interventions on patients with fractures of the extremities can reduce the incidence of various complications and help patients recover their health sooner.
