慢性病毒性肝炎可造成肝细胞的损伤,导致糖代谢发生障碍,诱发非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(2型糖尿病)。随着生活水平的提高、饮食结构和劳动条件的改善,慢性肝炎合并糖尿病的患者也呈上升趋势。慢性病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病后,可加重其病情,两者相互影响,预后较差,给治疗带来困难。在药物治疗的同时,合理的饮食及运动管理更有利于血糖水平的控制,加速肝病合并糖尿病患者的恢复。就慢性病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者的饮食及运动管理进行阐述。
